Photo department: Very pleasant and excellent customer service. She took the passport photo of my one year old grandson effortlessly when the staff at CVS (540 W. Main St, Meriden)gave us such a hard time due to my grandson’s age(that it can’t be done, that it will not work) I didn’t get this lady’s name but thank you very much for making our life life easier today. Horrible wait time on drive thru in order to pick up my medication. I been 15 minutes on line as the second vehicle on line and they haven't even assist the vehicle already waiting on the window. This is unacceptable. They should hire more staff.
Just no, don’t use this pharmacy unless you want to wait an hour to get your stuff every time
Terrible experience, waited way more time than necessary for a Rx I was told was already ready, the staff does not bother to acknowledge anyone’s wait or greet you with a smile, the customer service is terrible. You can clearly tell the staff is unorganized and does not feel the need to apologize for inconvenience on their end. I am switching to another pharmacy for myself and my family effective immediately and never looking back, this place is a nightmare.
The pharmacy it's getting very inresponsible they never have the prescription ready at the time they say they would have it ready. I always call ahead of time to make sure the prescription is ready, sometimes they would say that it's ready them I come to pick it up and it's not. Or they would say that it will be ready in 30 minutes, then I come to pick it up 3 hours later and they say it's not ready. Hello, get in point and be punctual and more responsible if you want to keep your customers.
