Absolutely and I mean Absolutely do not come here!! Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I called in to give my measurements and I was treated very poorly. The guy on the other on end of the phone was yelling at me for no reason. I even told him to fix his tone because I am a paying customer and he proceeded to yell at me. He then said he couldn't hear me while I could hear him and then all I could hear next was him slamming the phone down and hanging up. I am coming out of state and am very disappointed in my experience and I have not even met him yet. Although some other comments on here can speak for themselves as well. I would not give this place any stars if I could. I rarely ever Review things but I feel Like I had to in this instance.
The man that runs this store is really friendly and a funny guy. He is more than willing to help the customer with whatever they need, even if it's a quick hemming of the pants that were not purchased through him. He dose it with smile and professionalism.
I go here for all my tuxedo rental needs. Great selection and the tailor does a great job of altering you to look your best. I wanted to do something new like a 3/4 tux pant to modernize my tux, they were happy to help me get the look together and alter the suit the way I needed to really kill it at the wedding. Definetly felt like 1 million bucks when I went. 100% satisfied and will be back again soon. I'm sure.
Sad to see this business closing. Great deals available while they last.
