I bought a 2010 Honda Accord from them early October. It’s now December first and they have had to replace almost the entire power steering system (the pump and three hoses), balance the tires, and now my heater core went. Each time I bought it to the shop they would tell me I would have it by the end of that day and then they would keep it for at least two days one time it was three days. When I called and asked how much longer the first time I was met with the most ridiculous question of “oh why, did you need the car?” Well of course I need my car I am a fully functioning adult with two jobs. Which is another infuriating thing. I spent 6,000 for a down payment and then immediately had to spend almost $200 in Uber’s in the month following because they would keep my car for two days to replace a hose. When asked why the key fob that the battery was replaced in still wasn’t working they told me they get batteries from China that don’t always work. When I asked if they could balance my tires they sent me to town fair tire because their machine “doesn’t do a great job.” The main salesman I dealt with Phil was extremely rude and apparently it’s been normalized around there because no one seemed the least bit surprised or concerned when I bought up his horrible customer service skills. That same man Phil also said that he would “get us a warranty” leading me and my mother to believe it would be some sort of dealership warranty only to find out among signing the papers that I was paying 2,000 for it. And he said that 2,000 would be for two years then we caught on the paper he typed out 1 year. When confronted it took weeks for him to get back to us with answers. The only person in the entire place that was of any help or showed me any kindness was the mechanic Steve. I’m pretty sure they sold me a lemon. They have some of the most deplorable business tactics I have ever witnessed and please do yourself a favor and don’t buy a car from there.

I bought a super nice car from them. They were more than willing to work with me and Brandon was very nice in speaking with me. Phil took the time to do a last minute thing for us. Thank you to both Brandon and Phil my daughter is very happy. The communication was great from Brandon. I couldn’t be happier. I would buy form them again! Thank you

Bought a Lexus SUV recently from them and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Jake (sales associate) and Phil (manager) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Left with my vehicle with confidence. Very good experience highly recommend. One week later I still love my car

I WILL NOT buy from them again. Phil was very nice but did not disclose certain info about the financing and the price ended up being 4 thousand over the price we had previously discussed (even with my down payment)and what was advertised online. 5 Days after purchase the muffler was rotting off and I had to get it fixed. They did fix it for free and we’re nice, but my next purchase will not be from here. VERY MISLEADING AND BLAMING PRICE ON THE BANK NOT THEM
