Jon Petro (sorry if it's not spelled correctly), was professional from the first time we met him. He was never arrogant, he was just calm and respectful and detailed in every answer to the questions we had. Because of his knowledge, attitude, and demeanor we decided to go with this dealership. We want to thank Jon for being such a professional, and great salesperson, he made our leasing experience a great one and I hope in 3 years he is there when we return for another Toyota.
Absolutely LOVE the service here!!! Their sales woman Lilia was honest and helped me throughout every step. she made me feel comfortable and treated me like her first priority. 10/10 would recommend going to her!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Wallingford Toyota! Lily took the best care of me! I went there knowing what type of car I wanted but also what price range I needed to stay in. At first I thought I would have to leave with nothing or changing the type of car I could get. But no! They worked with me to get me in the price range I needed and didn’t stop until they did! Lily is like someone you’ve known your whole life. Friendly, caring, and understanding. Truly one of the best! The sales manager and the finance department were also amazing in helping me. I left there with the car I always wanted and was so happy! I love my Toyota RAV4! Can’t say enough about my whole experience!
