Facility is super clean, inside and outside! Prices are affordable and car salesman is friendly and does not pressure you into a sale. Service is super great! Free oil change in my next service! ud83dude0a. Mechanic is also friendly and explains well for the general user understanding. The approach at this facility is very humanistic and caring. Purchase, register and license of vehicle occurred in ONE week. They were super fast! They also keep you posted on the status of everything basically.

First experience with Car Central and Sam. Great experience. I purchased my daughter’s first vehicle here. Sam was Professional, honest, and very accommodating. He welcomed having my personal mechanic come and inspect the vehicle. My mechanic said that Sam did all the right things to the vehicle before selling it and had many other positive things to say about Sam. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Car Central and Sam.

Last month, we put a deposit on a used Honda CR-V, in the amount of $500. After I reached out to my credit union and they quoted me 10.9% interest rate because of the car, I called Sam for a refund. He was disappointed, offered to help me with another loan company. I declined the help and requested a refund. At first we had some challenges with getting the refund to my bank. For some reason the company did not process the refund immediately. It was probably hard for Sam to believe that the company did not do its part. I gave four stars instead of five because Sam initially said he was too busy to follow-up with the company about the credit. He eventually followed up, the refund finally came. I appreciate that Sam is doing his best to be a customer friendly businessman. I would definitely buy a car from him without hesitating.

5 stars is an understatement of how extraordinary this place is. I never though purchasing a car could be this easy and straightforward. Sam and everyone at Car Central are incredible and super helpful. The office is spotless and clean, while everything is well organized.

Sam was super helpful and supportive with helping me find my first car, you can tell that this dealership really cares and wants their customers to have a good and safe fit when looking for a used car. I highly suggest giving them a look if you’re trying to find something that will last !
