Buying a car with Star was easy and hassle-free. The staff was courteous and professional through the entire process. My initial contact was during a holiday “closed” time, but the sales representative got back to me within minutes anyway. I wanted to test drive 2 different vehicles, and they were both ready and available when I showed up for my appointment. The staff answered the questions I had quickly and fully, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to “sell” me on any particular vehicle.nnOnce I purchased, they promised the car at 2:00 that same day, and it was ready - cleaned and fully gassed - at 2:00 when I showed up.nnI never felt pressured, or like I was “on the other side” - they made me feel like a partner in the process. I would highly recommend talking to Shani - the sales rep - if you are looking to buy a car. She made the process as “stress-less” as possible, and was helpful at every point - answering questions about the vehicle, financing, and registration. Prices were lower than the other dealerships, and their inventory is readily accessible on the web. Great job by them!!

Star Auto Sales was a quick and easy car buying experience. The staff was great at helping make sure all my needs were met and that everything was done in a timely manner. One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a used car.

I have been using Star Auto Sales for over 5 years and have never been anything but completely happy with the service provided. From oil changes to tires, repairs and detailing Star Auto Sales does an excellent job! I would recommend any one looking to deal with a family run business that wants fair pricing, great service, and friendly people to work with to use Star Auto Sales for your vehicle buying and service/maintenance needs.

After trading in the first car I bought from Star Auto , after driving it 115,000 miles over a 10 year span, I’ve just purchased my second car from Star Auto. Their vehicles are top quality (low miles / maintained perfectly). Their pricing on low mileage vehicles is the most competitive I’ve seen in the state of CT. In the 10year span I had the last vehicle purchased from Star Auto, their scheduled maintenance/repairs were also of top quality and competitively priced. I feel confident I made sound investments when purchasing my vehicles from Star Auto’s quality operation.

I found the perfect vehicle at Star Auto. Liza and Gary were awesome, friendly, and respectful, interested in what I wanted and needed. I have never experienced such a great time at a car dealership, no pushy used car salesperson bull or games. The process was comfortable easy and satisfying. I recommend you check out Star Auto, in fact I'm bringing my Granddaughter there today!
