We have been customers of China Chef for years. The food always seemed good. However, we won't be back. We just stopped by to get dinner and were told by the rude staff that they wouldn't allow us to pay in either cash or by credit card in the restaurant but instead had to order online. Really? Sorry but if a business refuses to take our money in person, we will take that business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses these days who want the business.

The food is so good
I've been a loyal customer to China Chef and I've always enjoyed their food and service. My last visit to this eatery made me never want to go back again. When it comes to customer service and health, the staff members at China Chef could care less about the people that support their business. Last time I ordered food at this restaurant, I stood there and waited for itandI noticed how ill mannered it was prepared. A male staff member dropped multiple pieces of food from my container, picked it up with his hands and slapped it back into my container to serve me. I do not know where his hands have been or what has been dropped on the counter where my food was also dropped. Not to mention, the attitude of the women cashier was very rude before this food preparation occurred. I paid for the food but kindly asked if they would prepare another one for me because of the gross way my food was handled and they denied. I was not asking for a refund nor for more food, I just wanted my food to be prepared in a clean manner and they could not do such a thing. My experience was so heinous I will not be returning there again. I will also spread the word of how the China chef staff handles their food and treats their customers.
