A tree fell on our property during the ice storm and ripped the power meter from the side of the house. This was a busy time for electricians but Steve responded quickly and got our power back on fast. He was very professional and quick to answer and respond to our calls. Steve did a great job replacing our meter and the price was very reasonable. He even came back to follow up with another issue and did not charge us. We had a great experience with Edison Electric and highly recommend.
If I could give Edison Electric 0 stars I would.nnHired them several times over the years and even referred them BEFORE I found out they never did basic tasks correctly. For example, hired them to instal 3 front pole lights and tie into my main breaker. NEVER grounded any of the poles.nnReferred them to install a kitchen light fixture. Steve never secured the locking nut which holds the huge glass piece on which ended up crashing to the ground and shattering on a tile floor. That could’ve easily fell on someone’s head.nnCareless and over priced.
