Super easy for someone who doesn’t like being measured and trying on a ton of clothes. Amanda was extremely helpful!
hard to rate. the people are generally very nice. the prices are just so high for what you get. They have brand names like Polo, Nautica, Reebok, etc. They recently started selling The North Face also on a trial basis. The problem though is you can't look for your favorites and then order those things in larger sizes. Those brands make items specific to DXL and the prices are far higher than they should be. They have some kohl's like sales which helps. They have an OK rewards program. If you use your rewards though and need to do an exchange or return, you will not get the rewards back. Also you can't return shirts from a package. I was not aware of this ahead of time. I can't try them on so I bought my normal size. Though the cut is different now and they didn't fit. Yet I could not return them either. So I am stuck with over priced non fitting shirts. overall thumbs in the middle for now.
Staff was great help and very pleasant. Will go back again
