They are so disrespectful I called and was out on hold then the other girl answered and hung up on me. I tried calling back and they are now unavailable. That’s absolutely ridiculous
The current manager is a POS. I come in for an interview at 3pm for her to take her time walking to the front of the store to tell me I'm a few minutes late. She is an absolute joke. A sloppy joke
Austin in lost prevention is amazing! My husband lost a very expensive pair of sunglasses in this store and was very upset. He called the lost prevention department and Austin reviewed hours of security video to find them. He called my husband immediately to let him know he found them. We can't thank Austin enough! Great employee!
When i 1st went nside store i was a little disappointed because no staff welcome me 2 Burlington as a 1st time customer. But the pocketbooks and Jewelrys costs a good amount. But when i look around at other stuff in the store they were a little 2 high 4 my budget. So i didn't buy anything and left the store.
Really happy that Burlington decided to come to the Hamden area; I have surprising stumbled across some great finds at this location from clothes, to shoes to home decor and much more. Nice store, clean, at times long lines, but for the most part good shopping experiences!
