Responsive, timely, and outstanding customer service!! Sent me a replacement pair of knee sleeves after the first pair mysteriously disappeared somewhere in the US Postal Service (to no fault of MAXBarbell) - and even included a personal note and pack of anabolic gummy bears for maximum performance! :D
I've recently purchased a weightlifting shoe from their online store (PowerMAX - Wei-Rui Weightlifting Shoes) for an excellent price. Having tested most Olympic Weightlifting Shoe brands, I found these to be amazing. Maxbarbell's customer service, though, is the real surprise: they kept in touch with me until the product was delivered and made sure everything was okay. I had never had this experience before. I highly recommend Maxbarbell.
