Tania is an incredible coach and person. I worked with her for about 3 years.nWhen I started out seeing her I had an injury with my hand, but I was determined to get my body in shape I was fed up and she said we can work with it. Working with Coach Tania helped me see nutrition in a new and healthier way. Even though i was leading a healthy lifestyle i was still frustrated with not achieving results. Tania led me in the right direction with her vast knowledge about nutrition. I simply wasn't eating enough. And even though i was nervous to follow a new plan i jumped in, she lifted me up when i was down on myself and encouraged me for every small step i took. She even encouraged me to love food and eat that cookie or two or three :). What I learned from Tania I carry with me every day and i thank her for that gift. Today i am definitely healthier in my mind and my body because of Coach T.

I started working with Tania after I graduated from post-stroke PT. Wow, what a difference! Instead of just exercising, Tania pushes me to reconnect my body in ways I could not have imagined! She does so by adapting each session to my state that day and encouraging me to push myself right to the limit before backing off into stretching. I really appreciate and benefit from her ability to customize my program - gave me the confidence to ski again after my stroke!

Tania was my coach after I suffered a work related injury. I had frozen shoulder after my shoulder surgery and with her guidance, support and holistic approach, I gained my mobility, self-confidence and knowledge on how to self-manage.
