The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they kept me updated every step of the process, and were always willing to answer any questions and concerns I had. They also worked very hard to get it done as timely as possible and helpful in setting up a rental in the meantime.nnThe work on my car was also done perfectly and they even gave it a good clean inside and out. They made my first accident and body shop experience the best it could be. Absolutely 100% recommend this body shop, you won't be disappointed.

Mainly needed my front bumper replaced and a paint job. Had to pay out of pocket and the price was fairly the same as other collision centers in the area. They did a very good job except I’m just realizing that there’s white stuff stuck to the hood of my car from the paint job. :( Thought it was dirt before but after a few washes it’s still there. Other than the white stuff being stuck everything else was fine!
I recently had to bring my car to Hamden Auto Body to have some damage repaired to my car and could not have made a better choice to do so. From the first day I stopped by to get a quote until the day I picked up my car I was afforded a very professional experience. From coordinating my rental car arrangement to updating me throughout the entire process via text messages I was extremely pleased. Most of us don't look forward to having to visit a body repair shop but my experience with Hamden Auto Body sure made the best of an inconvenient situation. Thanks!
Hamden Auto Body does a great job, and I'm amazed at what they can do w/ damaged cars. My 2014 Accord has been hit from behind and T-boned, but HAB does their thing, and my car looks like it rolled out of the showroom each time.
