What A great experience I had at this auto shop. The staff was so courteous and especially Dennis. Their prices are way lower than all the other auto shops around. They are very honest people and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that I will be bringing my car is back in the future.
Fantastic and quick service for repair of my flat tire. They even gave me back my drill bit that had punctured the tire! Tom, the boss was very friendly. Other employees were very helpful. I definitely recommend Monro!

I had purchased a used Scion and came here the next day for a look over. Felix showed me exactly what was wrong with my brakes- as well as comparing my old rotors, pads, etc to the new ones. the visual was helpful and made me feel more at ease with spending the $$. Tom was also really helpful and wanted me to get the best price possible for me. they both took their time to make sure i drove out of here safe and happy. thank you !
This place is a scam. I had an issue with my car's break. Went to this place to have a look. Quoted more than $600. Luckily, an Uber driver who picked me up from this place told me that this place will probably ask for $600-$700, and advised me not to go for it. What he told me was right. Took my car to the dealer shop and fixed my car in a half price. I thought dealer shop is pretty expensive, but this place is taking advantage of their customer. Bad experience with the receptionist also.
