Worked with Manny, Kristi, and John Brandi. Manny was an expert on the car and showed me every detail of the features, John was great with explaining the same for my purchase options, and Kristi hooked up the best payment plan for me. As good a car buying experience as it gets.

I found this dealer on CarGurus and went in to check out a 2016 TLX. Needless to say i drove home with it the same day. My sales representative, Manny, made it very easy to make a decision and had an answer to almost all my questions and let me truly feel out the car. The manager, Brandon, was also very informative and broke down all the paperwork before I signed it. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and it was seamless. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Thank you for the experience!

Many thanks to Service Manager Jim L. and his crew, including Mike, Tyler, and incredible technician Nico! They resolved a camera issue that had stumped other service depts. They even delivered my car back to me! Excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend!

I came here to for oil change two days ago. A staff member in front asked me if I had an appointment. I told him if I had no appointment. He said that it would take two hours. I said no problem. When the oil was changed done ,I went to get the car back and he told This is the last time free oil change .I ask why? Because when I bought a car here, the salesperson told me that it was a free lifetime oil change for my car.Now they don’t do free oil change for me.He told me that because I didn’t do the service option they recommended, they would not give me any more free oil change .I’m very sad. I have recommended a few friends to buy a car here. I don’t know if they face the same situation. Doing business is honest, and business is getting better and better. The big car dealers don't even have the most basic integrity.

I was driving to work and was two blocks away from merging into highway in my 2017 Acura MDX, all over sudden my dashboard lights started to flicker and my car went dead, tried jump start few times but it just won't start so, I called Acura by Executive,North Haven service dept and had my car towed to the dealership.Next day I stopped by the dealership and Tyler Leopizzo from the service dept explained to me what could be the issues with my car and he took care of my car replaced alternator, battery and valve gaskets and my car drove like brand new the next day and He mentioned that everything is covered under factory warranty didn't cost me a penny and he even had my car washed and vacuumed .Thank you so much Acura by Executive,North haven specially to Tyler Leopizzo service specialist by going above and beyond and I am so happy, Appreciated!! I highly recommended Acura by Executive..Thank you so much....
