Lou works real hard to make sure you are happy. Very honest and capable mechanic.
Meticulous and thorough. I found his prices to be very fair and he doesn't over book so you know exactly when and how long your vehicle has to be at his shop. Very friendly and easy to work with and his wife behind the counter is a sweetheart!
Lou was exceptional, I had an issue with the shield under my car & he helped me out at 4:35pm (before closing). I made the mistake of going to TechOne, but was so appreciative of Lou's help. His shop is very professional and price was very reasonable! You can trust this mechanic.

My car overheated so I pulled off the highway, over 50 miles from my destination. I was referred to this shop by the business I pulled into. However, when I called to ask them if they could take a look and see if a patch or some temporary solution would be possible so I would no longer be stranded, he said he was “Too Busy” to help me and he “Doesn’t stock parts for my car, no one around here does.” Apparently helping someone stranded and alone is not something he was willing to do, even after I had asked how long a wait would be.
