Coming here was truly a blessing!!! Janet was so nice and personable! She was patient and kind throughout this whole process, she even had more vehicles for me to see that’s not in the lot in a different location which is only 5 min up the road. I really appreciate her business and I love that she’s a professional lady boss ! Truly inspiring, I was discouraged from the bad reviews but you honestly have to think about the person who’s writing them as well lol me and her clicked automatically and I feel like this is gonna be my extended car family! Thank you so much all the staff here had hospitality and they answered all my questions with a smile :) I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car with little to no good credit !!

I had my car for almost 2 years no problem really good car, the owner jenny is very rude I never miss a payment my account was negative 250.00 don't know how if I have auto-pay I also make sure I have the car payment in my account every Friday the reason for my call was to ask the balance , i was looking forward to trade it in Oct she going to tell me bring it down and I'll think about letting you get another car , i was rude to her she doesn't know how to talk to people I have 2 cars from here pay 800.00 a month for almost 2 years for 1 car and 1 year for the other car i will be glad to take my business somewhere else her husband is a sweet heart but she will be the reason his company fails.

I’m so sad , and I really want to pray for this dealership ... The Sale Representatives are Sooo Nice! And I never wrote a bad review about anyone in my whole life. Hanging up the phone with the Lady Owner has tremendously broke my heart. She was More than direct and so mean to me and if anyone knows me they know that I’m just the sweetest person in the world. I know what it’s like to run a business & I feel like customer service should always be number 1 no matter what. When I met this beautiful lady she was so nice to me I just loved her she was funny and had the best personality. When I explained to her about my issues in regards to the vehicle I purchase back in Feb , there was no sympathy what so ever. I did understand the terms of agreement, but somethings are just not right. Everything is just a learning experience I guess. God Bless This Whole Team seriously, because I know what it’s like when you have to get your money some how and I totally get it, I just really wish we had something incommon so she could understand where I’m coming from with me understanding her perspective, I’m sooo sad with everything going on with this pandemic already as it is to have a messed up Vehicle that was just purchased in February ... And have been out of work since March and the lady owner feels I’m obligated for maintenance when me purchasing the vehicle in February and falling in to a WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC a month later ... & I was supposed to get my car fixed then ? WERE JUST NOW GETTING BACK TO NORMAL , There are A LOT OF NEW LAWS in place due to this pandemic after I think about it ITS A WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC! My Personal issues would be a personal issues BUT WERE IN A WHOLE PANDEMIC HERE SINCE MARCH!!!!! I got the car in February. SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ?nnIG : @LoveMiriamG

Terrible customer service and a complete ripoff scheme! Tells customers it’s ok to not pay during the pandemic and then the morning the stimulus checks hit they repo dozens of vehicles to make an extra $350 “repo fee” per vehicle. Completely classless and I am reporting them to the BBB and so should anyone else that got taken advantage of by them!
