When renting a Budget Truck Christine took the time and explained everything to us very thoroughly she was very pleasant to work with. I recommend this place and would rent a truck from there again!

The worst place to rent don’t do it to yourselves. They gave me a truck with a faulty transmission..so I get on the highway fully loaded and the truck will not make it up an incline..we were almost run over by tractor trailer trucks.they took no responsibility and were rude to us. They were totally responsible for the bad truck rental and did nothing for us. They also lied and told us if we returned the truck early we would get refunded for the days we didn’t use and that was a lie.

I highly recommend Route 80 Storage facility is very clean and the staff there is very helpful and pleasant.

Hi Nancy Solevo,nEvery Budget truck I send out on rentals are well maintained, clean, and inspect every truck after each and every rental. We gave you a truck that had all its maintenance work done and had a brand new transmission replaced. I was told by a Budget representative that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I drove the truck up hills and went on the highway with it every thing was fine with the vehicle. We would never give a customer a bad truck to go on a oneway rental with. You never called road side assistance through Budget if there were any issues or problems with the truck. I called and followed up with Budget so if there were any issues or problems with the truck you should of called them to make your complaints. You got to your destination in NY and made your move ok just looking for a free rental. I never said you would get a refund back if you returned the truck early you got a package deal for your oneway package. I was very nice to you and handled the situation while you were harassing me everyday and we’re extremely rude. You got compensation through Budget. I’ve never had any complaints or problems with any of my other customers just you. You and your husband were just looking for a free rental from Budget Trucks and looking to destroy my reputation as a Budget Truck Dealer it’s not going to work you had a descent truck to go your oneway rental to NY with.

The people who work here are very nasty. Especially the old woman. They are not willing to work with anyone. They have dogs running around the office which is very unprofessional and unsafe. They will not allow you to use your own lock. You have to buy one of theirs and they hold the master key. They claim they don't enter your unit, but I don't believe that. If that was the case why couldn't I use my own lock. This place is a joke. I recommend you go somewhere else that knows how to run an honest business.
