Dont bother making an appointment for a flu shot. They completely ignore them. Just show up. Itll take just as long.
After being told it would be 15 minutes to fill my prescription I sat and watched 4 people behind the counter do basically nothing. I waited an hour before going back up and at that point they started processing. If I hadn’t gotten annoyed by the wait who knows how long I would have waited. I’m taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Incredibly unclear on sales, rude and unhelpful staff, and a careless pharmacy!! They continually dispense me the incorrect medications, incorrect dosages, and the staff are all around incompetent. Letting VP go from the guilford Walgreens pharmacy was the single worst decision they could have made. He kept that store running! Now it’s an absolute mess. Shame
You have a 60% chance of having the worst experience of your life at this Pharmacy. They have one particular nasty, arrogant, too busy to be bothered Pharmacy worker. Unfortunately she is the one that works the most.nI can't believe they keep her employed. I moved to guilford and fully intended to use Walgreens for my 11, yes 11, prescriptions. So I kept my scripts at CVS despite my desire to move them. Except one that I can only get at Walgreens. I wish I didn't need it. Everytime I run in to her my day is pretty much ruined
They have a Fedex drop off/pick up, which is pretty nicenOk service - hit or miss and sometimes difficult to find peoplenPharmacy is good usually. Call in advance to check on prescriptions and talk to the pharmacist or pharm tech in order to avoid mishaps and a waste of travel
