Very professional people.Ed is the best....Thank you sir.They got me out on time and got my truck fixed on time as promised.
I would like to say this is the first Freightliner dealership that actually cared about the customer.... The manager was extremely understanding and did everything he could to help us out and we truly appreciate it !! They delivered when they said they would and I have no complaints.....Not only the manager but the assistant manager and everyone else were very accommodating.....Thanks Chris and the rest of the crew for your hard work and excellent customer service!
Bad experience with this shop very Bad communication they liar went you call for add date in the repairs if you want to lose money take here is first and last time that I bring my truck here job that supposedly by for 2 day take them a week in this business you don't need a shop like this place im so disappointed
I was first told that my windshield could be replaced on Wed afternoon so I can get started first thing Thurs morning. Then changed to replacing it Thurs completely messing up my schedule and I lost my weekend off. No problem as long as they get home on time.
Best Freightliner shop I have ever dealt with. Honest, fair and they go the extra mile. Outstanding. Take it here to get it done.
