Tyler was excellent. As soon as I drove up and parked he was there to diagnose my battery problem. Then he was able to immediately drive my Yukon Denali around and install a new battery. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and back to my business. Tyler was outstanding!nChris Balestracci
My mother brought her car in for service, paid for a vehicle inspection. Work was not performed and when we left the car was rattling and making noises. In the technician report it stated he test drove the vehicle. The service manager John admitted they did not check the vehicle fluid levels or test drive even though we paid for those services. After charging us $1400 for work that was not performed they then wanted to charge an additional 3500 To fix the car. We have been customers of the dealership for 30 years and you do that to75-year-old woman I thought is unethical and disgraceful on a personal and a business level
