I love this beach. I grew up going there and it is still the same. The parking lot is big enough to accommodate a lot of people. I am concerned due to the lack of mask wearing that has happened this past weekend and the overcrowding. However I wouldnt let this stop you from coming to the beach.

This is a local gem. Excellent location for sunset views. Observations of nautical activities in the New Haven harbor are easy. The beach is ample; however, lacks fine sand. Caution with kids.

Nice place to go and chill by yaself or with friends. You can pull up to the water and eat ya lunch or you can take a nice walk. Or get in tuned with your inner child and play in the park!
