We needed summer storage and chose this place because they offered Yale students a discount and, although a bit further outside of New Haven, were nearly the least expensive. Patty, the owner, and her grandson (Shawn?), were so helpful! She answered all my questions when booking the unit, and helped us choose what would work best for our student's needs. Then, when we went to get things out of storage this fall, her grandson manning the front desk was also super helpful and nice (Patty, you can be proud!). If you use the Hartford airport, Amodio is along the route into New Haven. A 5x10 was more than plenty of room for a dormful of things.

I have had a storage unit for about 6 years at Amodio and recently rented an additional unit. The great attention I received on my first visit was what convinced me to rent there. The office manager Pat is consistently helpful, pleasant, I would highly recommend Amodio Self Storit to anyone who needs storage needs in the future!!!!!
Just had a unit that I closed out today. Easy getting one, easy payments, easy closing the account.
I Have Been Going In to This Location For three year's And still Can't Get A unit. Plus They never answer there phone.
