We ordered 6 tires and rims for a bus conversion. Showed them pictures of the tires and rims along with year info on the bus. They quoted us and we ordered. 2 pkus weeks later they still weren't in. Then the following week they were but had been dented by thier delivery driver. They called for a discount and they told since they didn't get one nither would we. Bring the bus in to put on the rims and they ordered the wrong ones. We were now almost a month from ordering them and 3 days for our trip. We were blamed for the wrong rim order even though he was shown pictures and given the year of the vehicle. We had to push out trip back a week and they charged us $600 more than the quote. We asked for a discount for thier mistakes and were told no.
