The stylist scheduled a 9am appointment with my daughter and didn’t show up till 10am. I didn’t leave because I traveled from Hamden for my daughter to get hair done which she was excited about. I also had to be somewhere at 10am which my plans got all screwed up! Stylist arrived with no sympathy to us about the wait. Still charged full charge for the inconvenience and the work wasn’t the work she displayed on her page.
Not an actual business. Don’t know what’s the point of setting up a website that doesn’t work right for people to schedule just to ignore your customers and pick and choose Who you’re going to take
Nille is very knowledgeable about all areas of hair care and treats clients with love and care. Nille used the interlocking method to re-twist my locs. She also gave me a cute style. I am extremely please with her work. Thanks Nille.
