This is where I get my amazon delivered. It’s delivered in a locked area in back room. Only one problem with a package. Don’t know who’s fault it was. Asked if I could throw cardboard out in store ( I walk) no answer. Very friendly much better security later in year.

Called to be sure by bfs prescription was ready, lady who answered was friendly and helpful. Went in an hour later, friendly efficient service.

I've been with rite-aids over 7yrs now today I went their to pick up my medication and I was waiting on a approval from my insurance for chantix my Dr order them Monday on Wednesday I got a call from my insurance that it was approval and they send me a text telling me my medication was ready to pick up so I'll go down today around 4:00 and I ask for my pick up and she only gave me one of my meds and I've told am missing one she trying to tell me I need a approval when I got the call on Wednesday from my insurance that my chantix was approval and the lady trying tell me that I needed an approval so am going back and forth with the lady she went to the computer and she said oo yea you are approval what it is they are getting lazy down there it only takes a few minutes just to check on a status on one of your loyal customer I end up waiting like ten to fifteen minutes for them to get my meds ready when it should of been ready like two days ago

Best pharmacy staff ever. Very helpful, attentive and professional. The front counter staff, on the other hand, are quite the opposite.
