You always have to wait till they order your prescription and pick it up the next day and then when you go to pick it up they tell you they havent heard back from your insurance instead of they no longer make that item.

The first impression is everything; however, the customer service there is a bit sub-par. Despite my experience with that, the employees in the pharmacy do an excellent job.

I considered not posting this but I can't let it go. First of all I know Connecticut has banned plastic bags but sometimes people forget. I picked up a few things but enough that carrying them was a task. I told the young lady BEFORE she rang up my items that I had forgotten my bag. I paid and she stacked my items on the counter. I asked why she didn't just put them in the bag. Bags are ten cents she says. Ok, did you ad in ten cents on my bill, No. Did she ask me if I needed a bag, No. Did she care, No. She blamed management. I have come to realize that there is something wrong with the people in Connecticut and I can't wait to leave.

Friendly workers who are knowledgeable about products and locations. Prices aren't bad with discount card.
