Except from Cristina, all managers are mean and coupon unfriendly.nnThey give an attitude and talk behind your back, especially the general manager and the manager with tattoos. They both seem to hate their job.
I been using rite aid for the past few years and yesterday I was told that it was a state law to verify any written prescription with your doctor witch is 100 percent not true and they didn’t even have all my information correct in the computer. I can careless if she didn’t want to fill my script but don’t lie to my face when your supposed to be a professional
The staff in the pharmacy is either over stressed or incompetent. Not sure which. What I do know is everything I need to get a RX filled it’s never done when they say it will be, there is always some kind of issue within the pharmacy that they try to blame on the customer. Maybe that works with unintelligent people but that doesn’t work with me. Just do your job. Hire competent people. I understand less and less people Have brains now a days, but they have to do better.
Excellent customer service. The staff is well trained, friendly and personable. Transactions are done in a timely fashio . The pharmacists are phenomenal and extremely helpfu . Will go out of their way to help out and answer any questions that you may hav . Very neat and clean stor . Love shopping at this store.
