Highly recommend Sound Runner to anyone looking for footwear that fits properly. Huge shout out to Sammy. I drove down there from Colchester to find a pair of sneakers. I've had numerous surgeries and have many issues with my feet. Sammy took his time, both measuring my feet on their state of the art equipment and finding a sneaker that would accommodate my feet. This was not an easy task and Sammy worked with me until he found a shoe that was perfect for me. There were many boxes on the floor by the time we were done. Thank you Sammy, I left there with a spring in my step that hasn't been there in a VERY long time.

This store was recommended by my orthopedic doctor. Best doctor advice I ever got. You try on a pair of shoes and they have you walk back and forth in the to determine how your stride is. From there they recommend what shoes they think is a better fit. Truly impressed. Shoes are pricey but worth every minute on our feet.

I purchased Brooks sneakers on 5/25. The soles wore excessively in 8 weeks time. I went into the store today and without hesitation they offered to “trade out” for a new pair. I never expected a totally new pair after 2 months. I’m I lifer at this store now! Great service!
