After the recent Tropical Storm one of my accounts lost power and are without a generator. I called around and found Thermo King in New Haven. I spoke to Bill and even though they had no power either he made some calls and pulled some strings and was able to get a driver and fuel and within just a couple of hours a trailer was delivered. So instead of losing over $15,000 in food we ended up only loosing a very small fraction. Ernie the driver was also extremely helpful and professionalnnThanks so much for making a potential bad situation a positive onennIf I could score more than 5 stars I would!!

Had a great experience dealing with Patrick. They were the most competitive bid I received. I got my Nissan 1500 back a week before promised. They did have to fix a small leak but did it right away. I've been using it for 3 months now and it was a great choice. I only wish they offered the cord with the electric kit as my electrician had no idea what to do. I would have been happy to pay for a 15 ft cord as I'm sure it cost me more having my electrician do it.
