Premier Kia is different than the others. They were honest and totally upfront with price and fees. Take the time to explain all paperwork. Nathan took me on a test drive for about 30 minutes, including highway driving. All features of the car were explained to me. I had to travel about 2 hours from New York to get to the showroom. It was worth it. Love my car! Highly recommend Premier Kia!

Every single person at this location went above and beyond today. Everyone was kind, informative, friendly and wanted to make my experience worthwhile. I leased a Kia Forte today and couldn’t be more excited. The process was smooth and I never felt like they were taking me for a ride ud83dude0a. I would 100% recommend this location to my friends, family and anyone else looking to buy or lease a car. Big thank you to Mario, Nathan, Carlos and Tori for their help today!

This place is always a class act. I went in for a simple oil change. I came out with a very professionally washed car; Gratis. At least as good as the local car wash if not better. That's why I always bring my car here for service. They always seem to give you what you want and then give you a little more.

I purchased a Kia Forte from Premiere Kia and had the most amazing experience! Nate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with Kia. He was very patient and there was zero pressure! He found me the best financing at a great rate.nI am currently going back to Nate for a trade after 6 great years with my Kia to trade and purchase a new one. Robert Alvine and Nate have demonstrated the very best customer service I ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. I will not go anywhere but Premiere and I would suggest and refer anyone looking for a Kia or Subaru. Premiere is hands down the very best dealership on the shoreline!!

The employees at Premier Kia of Branford are excellent. I had an early morning oil change and I was in and out in very quickly. The service manager was friendly. The waiting room is very comfortable and is set up so you can watch your vehicle being serviced... that's pretty neat. Thumbs way up!
