The most professional, dedicated and accommodating dealership we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in to the moment the sale was closed, it was a first rate experience. Certainly full filling their “Premier Pledge” statement. Special recognition to Barb who patiently guided us and help facilitate the purchase process. Tim and Parker for their expertise and being patient with us to finalize and eventually acquire our auto. All angels in the process to get back on the road again after an event that totaled our auto. Many heartfelt and meaningful thanks from both of us.

Awesome experience when taking in my Crosstrek for warranty work. Their Service Department is top notch. I was treated with respect and was given updates on the repair from my service advisor, Jaime. I had my vehicle back in a timely fashion. I will definitely use Premier Subaru for all of my future service needs. Thanks again Jaime!

Premier made the car buying experience easy and positive! My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions. When I had looked at other options it was clear Subaru was the best choice and I was confident in my decision to buy at Premier. The whole team was courteous and respectful and it didn’t feel like the typical car buying experience where it’s all about the sale. I also look forward to servicing my car with them in their beautiful new facility!

I had a flat and had no appointment. It was early morning and I pulled in and it was busy. I though there goes my morning. The manager greeted me warmly. It was my first time here and as a woman expected the worst. He brought me to a lovely woman named Meghan and they had a new tore and a car wash done in under an hour. The shop is huge! There were a lot of mechanics and it was spotless. This will be my new dealer! So happy with the service!

Absolutely do not buy from here! Brand new Subaru failed and crashed during test drive. Salesman in crash with me witnessed and agreed.nBob Alvine, president unwilling to acknowledge vehicle failure and insisted holding me accountable. Willing to share our exchanges upon request! He is utterly unfair and a greedy creep.nWhen I refused to pay my deductible, he took me to court! Mark my words, buy from somebody else.
