I am not one to write reviews but purchasing a vehicle through McDermott Lexus was a seamless and enjoyable experience. In large part due to Anthony Faustini! Anthony asked all the right questions and was able to direct us to a car that was perfect for our needs and more importantly our budget. He is knowledgeable about the brand and the vehicle features taking the time to walk my wife through all the technology step by step. The dealership was very generous with our trade and aggressive on the lease pricing. Crystal in the finance department made our paperwork hassle free and was a pleasure to speak with. We are hoping this is the first of many from McDermott Lexus.

I’m doing my services for the last 2 years with them and I couldn’t be happier. I am always satisfied with my experience here. Very professional, great customer service. They are also very cautious during this pandemic and making sure that they are following all the guidelines and sanitizing the car after each service. Totally recommend this place ud83dude0a

Anthony Faustini and Kaitlin Mcdermott made car shopping an incredible experience. Anthony is on point with his car knowledge, relaxed enough to make you comfortable, and fiery enough to crack a few laughs. Very talented group from Administrative to Sales to Financing. So I was looking for a new Lexus GS as it is my favorite model, and while searching online I found one I liked at McDermott Lexus. Fast forward to when I arrived there to see the car, and it was just as nice as it was in the photos. I met Mr. Charlie Dukes Jr. who was an amazing salesperson. Not once was he pushy or did he ever try to force me into Purchasing the vehicle. His energy was amazing!! Everyone down to the sales manager was pleasant and the transaction went quite smoothly. I ended up purchasing a new car and and made a friend for life in Mr. Dukes. McDermott is the way to go if you want a nice ride. Thanks again McDermott and I hope you continue to provide awesome service to your customers. This is an honest review from a real person
