Today I had the pleasure of buying a used car from this dealership and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone of my friends or family looking for a positive car buying experience.nI worked with George from the beginning and he was fantastic. I was introduced to other employees and had great conversation while I was waiting for things to be completed throughout the process. The staff at Sound Auto is extremely professional, but at the same time makes you feel like you're a friend just stopping by for a chat, which is not an experience you expect to have at a car dealership.nnI am extremely pleased with all aspects of this place and will definitely be back for my next car.

I've checked all around the area and this establishment has good quality used cars at the most competitive price. We purchased a vehicle and the process was painless from beginning to end. Angelo was terrific in answering questions and went the extra mile to obtain an extra key along other minor issues were immediately resolved upon picking up the vehicle. I would recommend them highly if you are in the market for a car.

It's a 2+ hour drive to get down here from our home in MA, and we would definitely buy here again.nnShowroom is clean, bathrooms are spotless. Cars on the lot are in excellent condition.nnAngelo was polite and professional, and very quick to respond to questions via text. He was knowledgeable about the car we purchased, and made the whole process pleasant. The day we came to pick up the car, we were done with paperwork in under 10 minutes.nnVery happy with our purchase from Sound Autoand definitely recommend them.

Good car buying experience! Kelsey accommodated my crazy schedule, worked quickly at my request and met with me several times over a few days to get all the paperwork done so I wouldn’t have to sit around waiting. He was also willing to try a few different financing options to help me fit the car I wanted into my budget.nThe only knock would be that I wish I could have put the car on hold so I could tie up all the loose ends on the lease I had previously and avoid paying double insurance for the week or two of overlap.nDefinitely be ready to sign paperwork on day one if you find something you like.

Great experience with Kelsey, fast and easy. Got me a great deal on financing to a number I wanted. Car was clean, they offered for it to be detailed but it didn't even need it. I was recommended by a friend and I would recommend anyone else come here as well.
