I recently purchased an SUV from Trolley Square and worked with Greg. The whole process was easy and he was a pleasure to work with. I’ve referred many friends since and they have all had great experiences as well.
Think twice about buying from here. I bought a 2012 BMW from them and one of the daytime headlights was faulty. Went back to Trolley Square to have it fixed within the warranty period, must have had to call them 50 times (literally), took the car there 4 different times, and it took 3 months to get it fixed. Horrible communication skills and generally poor customer service.
Found a great deal on a late model Chevrolet Silverado at Trolley Square. Greg was very accommodating. I was on tight timeline to get into the truck. I totaled my old truck and had to return my rental car . They were expeditious with the financing and secured a great rate. I was driving the truck home within an hour and a half of the test drive. I would recommend Trolley Square to anyone looking for a great used car or truck and see Greg ...he will make sure you get a fair deal!
