My fiancé and I were in your dealership last week wanting to buy a new Jeep. The gladiator to be exact. Started off pretty good but it ended up pretty shady. The salesmen seemed like if we weren't going to buy he didn't want to go thru the process. Long story short they didn't give us any paperwork just said it will cost this and this. So we left. Went to a different Jeep dealer they were amazing gave us 4k more for our trade in and our payments are $40 less a month! Won't be going back and it's too bad because we bought our first two jeeps from you guys!
Excellent staff and service! Ryan was extremely helpful in finding me the right car and making sure it had everything I wanted. Easy to contact for any questions and always willing to help. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
I 100% recommend Branhaven to anyone looking to buy a new car. I am on a tight budget and was working with another dealership in my town that was being difficult, not negotiating, and telling me I had to put more money down on my lease to make he numbers work out and I was so frustrated. They didn't even have a lot of stock. So I turned to Branhaven, even though they are ~1 hour from my house, explained my situation and my budget, and right away they came back with a monthly payment that was within my budget with the same money down. Definitely worth the drive. They weren't pushy at all and were extremely accommodating. Bill Larson (sales manager) and Jonathan Minichino (business manager) were incredibly professional and personable, made sure I understood everything in the paperwork and about the car's features. Branhaven also has a lot of stock on their lot and will find you the right car for your needs and your budget. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
Had my new Cherokee for a little over a week and I ran over a BIG screw! Service took me right in and fixed it! Buying experience was fantastic. Pretty quick and painless. Love, love, love my new Jeep!
Wonderful dealership they do everything they can to take care of the customers, we didn't buy our jeep there but you wouldn't know it by they way they've treated us.nWe actually bought ours 5 minutes away from our house and no matter what we've called there service department for there's always an issue of some kind getting and appointment etc.nAlso the Service Guy Joe that we've dealt with there is one of the best I've ever seen, Great guy to work with.
