During this difficult time all of America is having I had to get my taxes done and wasn’t sure what I was gonna do. I called Jackson and Hewitt in my town on Main Street in East Haven and the woman was so nice. Because of everything going on she told me she was doing taxes but drop off only. So I thought that was a wonderful thing and was so happy they were open. I went and dropped my papers off. She called me right away to get some information and I was back the next day signing. She was really amazing. When I went in she took precautions by standing 6 ft away wearing gloves and had Lysol in hand. What I’m trying to say is she made me feel comfortable being there cause let’s be honest now days it’s very stressful to go anywhere. We signed and she told me everything and I was out of there within 8 minutes. She’s great. I recommend this office to everyone. Definitely the best and very fast. If I could I’d leave 10 stars. Thanks Chris.

I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for 12 years. Originally John started preparing my taxes in the East Haven office and after he relocated, Sandra aka Chris, began preparing them. I have nothing but good things to say about both John and Chris. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I can’t imagine having my taxes prepared by anyone else. I definitely recommend this location.

My wife called earlier in the day and asked a woman to review our tax papers cause there was something wrong and potentially become a Jackson Hewitt customer the woman told her to come by before five so she did and unfortunately she had gotten a man named jon or John and while he was reviewing her turbo tax forms a man walked in and told John that he was very busy and couldn’t stay and the guy left so John told my wife that now he lost money on a customer because he was wasting his time reviewing a turbo tax that he wasn’t even supposed to review and that now HE wasn’t a happy customer so my wife turned around and cleaned up her paperwork and told him that she was gonna be a potential customer but seeing his professionalism lacks big time you guys just lost a customer and John if you see this review maybe you shouldn’t tell customers what’s bothering you and that your not happy cause the customers time is wasting your time
