We have been there several times and have gotten exactly what we want. We know ahead of time the brands. There was/is no 'hard sell' and the staff were knowlegable about the various scents. They introduced a new one to my husband, we both love it.............and will be returning soon to refill our stashes. Thank you Fragrance Outlet.
Trust me when I say, we, have been customers here for over five years. We have never had a bad experience. The only way anyone would have a kind of experience like that would be if the customer was already angry and a snotty person. Like I said, never went through any negativity here! Put it this way; we only shop at the fragrance store.
Bought the Creed Aventus here last week. Price was fair and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Would definitely come back in the future for further purchases
