Harborside has been a great experience for my family. We became customers last summer when my Volvo needed repair. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. The experience was so positive that we decided to use their rack storage. The staff is very friendly and always seem to be around when you need someone to grab a line or help you get underway. I would not hesitate to purchase a boat from Harborside!
My experience with the staff of Harborside Marina during a recent purchase of the 255 Sea Hunt was exceptional. I have always bought repaired and sold my boats over the past 40 years as a private individual. Deciding to look at a new boat was a new journey for me. Tom and Jen made the process easy and were there to answer all of my questions. I believe in working with people with integrity and pride in their work. We recently closed on the deal and my wife and I are proud, and happy owners of our new boat. I would recommend the Harborside Team to my family and friends based on our experience. Awful experience....I bought an expensive used boat from them. Had problems on day 1, they told me it would be an easy fix. But then two months later, and multiple phone calls and attempts to reach their service department, I was never able to get an appointment for a technician to come look at the boat. Many promises, many days waiting while they said they will be there, and always postponed and then cancelled. I bought the boat in May, it’s now August and still unusable. Stay away!!
Proud owner of a new center console from Harborside. Tom Mayotte did a terrific job throughout the trade-in and sales process and John, Jen and Angie were helpful and responsive. Excellent service and I will likely be a repeat customer.
Just bought a new Sea Hunt 225 Ultra from Tom M. at Harborside Marina and could not be happier ! Tom's knowledge, service, attentiveness, care of detail, and communication was off the charts. I totally recommend Tom & Harboside to anyone in the new / used boat market .... BTW, their prices (boat, trailer, & transport services) were very very reasonable !
