I am extremely upset with the way Ann Taylor’s management handles financial situations. I went back to school shopping at Clinton Crossing and went to Ann Taylor where at the checkout they had me insert my card twice because they claimed the system shut down and my card was not charged the first time. On my way home I checked my back account to find out that my card was not only charged once but TWICE. I called and spoke to management and they claimed on their end only one transaction was processed but according to Liberty Bank and my bank statement two payments were taken out. I argued with management and they kept denying me reimbursement! I was told by Debbie (manager) to be patient.... and to not file a dispute because it was necessary. Well Debbie, I filed a dispute and got my money back because guess what, YOU were wrong! Nice try scamming me but, you didn’t get away with it. I will NEVER shop Ann Taylor again! Thanks again Deb for not doing your job!

I was sincerely disappointed from the service I received at what was, my favorite store. I went to Clinton Crossing to do some school shopping and instead was enraged to find out that the store had double charged my card and taken two payments from my account. The store's management refused to believe my bank and my own printed records showing TWO payments of the same amount taken out of my account. Now, I have to file a dispute which is inconvenient. If you are looking to be scammed out of your hard earned money this is the store for you. I will not be shopping here, or at any other Ann Taylor because of this experience. Thank you to the incompetent management Camille, Deb, and Alicia.
