My first time at the store and was very impressed with the quality of the clothes. Way less expensive than the actual retail store, but don't expect anything cheap. Mostly paying for the brand in my opinion.
Staff is amazing. If you're looking for suits, go here! I am so disappointed I didn't start with them. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and will put you at ease.
My husband and I were cutting it close looking for a new suit, 10 minutes before the store closed without knowing his correct size. Two sales associates, Ryan and Kevin, made the search smooth and easy. They found his perfect size and fit in seconds, truly showing their expertise. Not only do we love brooks brothers clothes, but our experience here was exceptional! Thanks guys!
Used to love their style and quality. Most recent batch of slacks purchased there earlier this year are all falling apart at the seams, literally! 2 out of 5 pairs just ripped. Took the defective pairs back and they basically said I'm out of luck! They wouldn't do anything! The guy was actually rude! When you sell slacks for $80-$179 you better have top notch quality and customer service... and sure as heck better stand behind your product!
Ben was exceptional! Ask for him for suits, etc.
