No attention received in an empty store during Black Friday (usually high volume and other store employees are especially pleasant). Would give zero stars if possible. Much better customer service online if you choose to shop here at all

I have been to this location multiple times and every time I've had exceptional customer service. All the sales associates are helpful, polite and complimentary. I purchase quite a bit of clothing from this store because I love the brand, but also because I feel comfortable shopping there.
