Ordered a length of line and two $12.00 snap shackles. The line took ten days to arrive and the shackles took three weeks. I called twice to check on the order and got a BS reply from a nice lady who was pleasant but of no help at all.

Ordered a jacket that was out of stock with a long delivery date. Received an email 1 hour later offering me an upgraded style with a discount for delivery within 3-4 days. I received it in two days! So thankful for fixing a problem so quickly and over delivering!

Ordered a jacket that was on sale for Memorial day weekend. Other stores also had sales that included same jacket, SB price was slightly better. Monday get email saying not in stock, would I like different jacket? No, I would like what I ordered, what kind of back order delay? Response: we cannot back order. Same jacket still avail at many stores, but now at normal price. On top of that, item still listed on SB site as well.

Very poor service. Ordered Helly Hansen Foul Weather Jacket on 11/28/18. CC was charged that day. Waited 14 days, no notice of shipping. On 12/12/18 contacted them and was told warehouse made a mistake and it was out of stock. They would get it in on 12/19/18 and expedite shipping. No notice on 12/19 so I emailed and got no response. emailed on 12/20, and 12/21 and still no response! They have had my money for almost a month and still not shipped. If no response today will cancel with CC company. Very bad service. Feels like bait and switch.nnPS. Just heard from them that they now think they can drop ship the jacket from the manufacturer on 12/24/18. So much for the Christmas Gift! Will see what happens on Monday. Not happy camper!

Second time I've ordered a dolly from this company. Last time took 4 months so not sure why I did it again. No communication as to the delay, had to email several times, was offered another dolly for $400 more. Very poor inventory control, no sense of vendor management. Look elsewhere, you can do better.
