So I wanted to wait a bit to give a review to really feel out my car. So I’ll start with the service. My sales rep was Tanisha and she was amazing! She was patient and helped me with any questions that I had. I can remember the name of the man I closed the deal with, but he was super friendly as well and very helpful. I see a lot of comments that people are saying they had a bad experience and I can not imagine how! They took care of me and my family from beginning to end and my car is great! Drives great too. I highly recommend byrider! Thanks again guys!

My appointment was at 10am. I was seen on time. The staff was extremely friendly. I had a noise coming from the front Drivers tire. One of the technicians got into the passenger seat to ride with me to listen and feel the problem. He was polite and friendly still. After the diagnosis was complete the problem was actually the loose tire nuts. At no cost they replaced all four nuts and secured my tire. Checked the axle, brakes and bearings entering was fine. They were very thorough and patient. I was by pleased and grateful for their service. I would recommend them 100%.

Tanisha is a very amazing polite young women. That was willing to work with me to get me into a car today. She ran around trying to find the best fit for me. I recommend this place 10/10. Very amazing customer service. Thank you for everything you made my whole year!!

Love this dealership!! Denis in service is such a wonderful man and gets the job done well! I’m am very pleased overall.
