I’ve been a loyal customer for years, back to the delivery to your place of business only option, before the storefront. Have gotten smoothies and or lunch almost 3 times a week since the very first day they opened, but my recent experience will ensure that they have lost a customer for life. The whole time I’ve been a customer, I have never once redeemed my punchcard for a free smoothie. Until today, when I forgot my wallet and was so happy to find the free smoothie card along with a single dollar In my center console so I could make sure to tip the staff. But apparently my customer loyalty card is not valid during the pandemic, not really sure how that works or why that’s an excuse but I was rudely informed that because of the pandemic I wouldn’t be able to redeem my 11th smoothie for free. So they’ve lost me, during this time shouldn’t we be rewarding our customers who continue to patronize our businesses?

The bud tender Jenna is always on point and is exceptional with her customer service skills. She always brightens my day and is the best bud tender ive ever had. These employees need to be more like Jenna because she bends over backwards and goes above and beyond! She needs to be the one training the other budtenders!

The Green Ninja and Nourish smoothies are fabulous! Also, I really appreciated the Covid 19 precautions that were in place.
