William (head cashier) has helped me multiple times when I’ve requested assistance finding an item in the store- I saw him again today and he was as friendly and professional as always. A note needed to be made of how great of an employee he truly is!
Rude employee at seafood had no time for it after long day
Bakery staff does not take orders correctly and does whatever they want, ruining the cake for my daughters birthday. Tried to talk to the manager about it and she just argued with me after they screwed up the entire order. Wrong flavor cake, wrong decorations and spelled birthday wrong. Her response was, well the can make you a new cake that you can pick up next day. NO! HER BIRTHDAY WAS THE DAY I WAS PICKING IT UP! I asked for half off since it wasn't what i ordered and was told no. So Iedt the cake and went to saybrook big y where they helped with a cake SAME DAY! Employees not wearing face masks while making sandwiches and pizzas! At least their cashiers are great.
