Absolutely loved our experience with Chris Rooke at Reynolds' Subaru. We called on a Thursday morning and drove out with our 2021 Subaru Crosstrek the next day. While other dealers asked us to provide the best quote we had received (so they could match) , Reynolds' Subaru gave their best price upfront and a fair value on our trade. It was a pleasant experience from the initial contact to delivery.

Had an exceptionaly wonderful experience at Reynolds Subaru. My sales consultant Sandy was friendly, helpful, making the sales process a breeze. Their service dept is top teir, they fixed the issues I wanted fixed in a timely manner, everything came out mint! I fully recommend to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru to take a trip to Old Lyme CT & see Sandy, you won't be disappointed.

Car buying as it should be. A very easy and pleasant experience. The salespersons don't heckle you or misrepresent their vehicles. You get an honest lowdown about what's good or bad about the vehicle. Very clean new showroom and service center. Best Subaru inventory in the state of CT.

A year ago I bought my new Outback from Reynolds' Subaru. I loved working with Sandy! And service and maintenance appointments have gone smoothly. With my previous Outback, I had uneven customer service experiences with Subaru dealerships near me. Reynolds' Subaru is 30 miles from my home, but I'm more than happy to make the drive for the excellent customer service.
