I highly recommend Durham Auto Center! I brought my Subaru Outback in for much needed service on my wheel barens and found owner Mike and his technicians to be extremely knowledgeable, very honest, professional along with extremely fair pricing. Although the shop was very busy, Mike fit me right in and I was on my way in no time. My car feels brand new again and will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you for the awesome service and great work!!

Would not use again. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled it a week in advance. Parts were not there when I arrived. Waited 1.5 hours. They never could get an air filter for my car. Upcharged me 50% over quoted price, even without the air filter. Got in the car to find they had rifled through my glove box compartment twice while the car was in their service. What were they looking for that they could not have asked for permission to get? Returned first time as they did not reset the service light. Less than a mile down the road the tire indicator lights went on. Not happy that I will have to make a 3rd trip back today on a simple service job.

Called this morning because my engine was knocking and they took my car in less then 30 minutes later so they can diagnose it!

They pick up my car at work and bring it back at the end of the day. Honest and convenient.
