I feel the people here are nice. I am Hispanic and have never felt any of the workers are racist. It makes me sad to see reviews that is always about race. Maybe the workers were struggling with just you and not because of your race. If you worry about racism here don't. They are nice to me and my family
I love my bank and this time time I hated this location. I felt as if the manager that was assisting me was racist or something she was just rude. I wanted more info on the loan that I was applying for and how it will build my credit, she looked at me so weird. She could not assist me due to supposedly error on her end because of her system. I told her I was going to come back another day and go to another branch because I was felt unwelcome. What a horrible experience hope no one has to go through this. Just because my skin color is different does not mean I should be treated unfairly.
