My husband made an appointment over the phone. He did his part. He gets there at his appointed time. The guy didn't want to let him in. He kept repeating himself that he needs to go through the drive- thru. All he wanted to do is cash his check. He didn't want to wait in the wrap around line. When my husband didn't budge he finally let him in even though he didn't want too. The teller that my husband knew for a very long time told him the same thing after his transaction. They made him feel very uncomfortable and didn't care if they got his business or not.
